This product is the innovationfrom nugget and we have modified it to the potato nuggets that contain more nutrients.Basically, some potatoes slough and seem to become slightly fluffy when they arecooked, whereas other types hold their shape well and remain rather compact after being cooked.The former are classified as mealy (nonwaxy) potatoes, the latter are nonmealy (waxy). Theexact reason for the difference between these two types of potatoes is not completely clear, but itmay be that the waxy potatoes have more calcium ions available to form insoluble precipitateswith the pectic substances in the middle lamella than are found in the mealy potatoes.   The potatois Low in Saturated Fat, Sodium, and Cholesterol.Other than that, spring onion, carrot, onion, and garlic are low in saturated fat, sodium,and cholesterol.
